BRAINSPOTTING INTENSIVE RETREATS

A Brainspotting Intensive is a focused, extended session lasting 2–5 hours, designed to target a specific trauma, pattern, longstanding issue, or recent overwhelming experience. For some clients, intensives may be scheduled over multiple consecutive days for deeper processing and integration.

Prior to scheduling, we begin with a consultation to ensure it is an appropriate fit. We would then have one initial talk session to discuss the reason in thorough and plan for your experience.
