WHO WE SERVE

We serve individuals who are insightful, capable, and often high functioning, yet find themselves repeating relational or emotional patterns that feel difficult to shift.

Many of the people we work with have strong intellectual awareness. They understand their histories. They may have done therapy before. Yet they continue to feel stuck in attachment dynamics, reactivity, grief, or transitions that feel harder than they expected.

Some are navigating relationship struggles. Some are processing loss. Some are expanding into new levels of responsibility or visibility and noticing old nervous system patterns resurfacing.

Our work is for those who are ready to move beyond insight alone.

When patterns persist despite understanding, they are often rooted in somatic and energetic imprints. We address those deeper layers, supporting regulation, integration, and embodied change.

 We also serve professionals, founders, clinicians, and leaders in high responsibility or high impact roles who are seeking to expand what they can hold.

As visibility, responsibility, or leadership expands, old nervous system patterns can resurface such as stress cycling, burnout, hypervigilance, emotional constriction, or difficulty fully resting.
